Na početku ništa beše...

Ni iz čega javio se čovek...
doneo zlo i kreativni haos...
Voda je postala vlasništvo samo jednog čoveka...
a i vreme je nestalo...
priroda je umrla...

Svaki početak je težak. Tako barem kažu.

Prva Fotostory radionica, ipak je protekla u veselom i opuštenom raspoloženju. Uostalom, svi uslovi su bili tu: malo se fotografisalo, malo poziralo i dosta se brbljalo.

Last Saturday we tried something completely new in our CK13. A workshop for poi and juggeling.

My German colleague Nina, who is currently working in the visitor centre of Lake Ludaš (Ludaško Jezero) led a Children's circus for many years at home, so we both hit on the idea to make a small workshop in the Black House (Crna Kuća).

Many people know the club in Crna kuća from various concerts there. But last Sunday there was a completely other atmosphere.

Last weekend there was a seminar about racism and right wing extremism, organized by Alternativna Kulturna Organizacija (AKO).
15 students from Novi Sad, Belgrade and Kikinda gathered to learn more about that topic. Some speeches were in Serbian, but luckily for us foreigners almost 2/3 was in English.

Last week I started to go to a choir, because I already sang in one at home for nine years.

It takes place in the Gimnasium Jovanović Zmaj, but it is not their school choire but one with members from 15 to 70 years.

NAJZAD SKEJT PARK U NOVOM SADU?

Priča o izgradnji sk8parka stara je bar deset godina, ali sve do početka 2009. godine ništa konkretno nije urađeno po tom pitanju.

I am a new volunteer here at CK13, and I thought it would be good for me to shortly introduce myself as your new resident blogger. I will be writing for CK13's website, sharing my thoughts on various topics, from music to local events to what it's like being a foreigner here in Serbia, and so forth.

But first: Why am I in Serbia and where did I come from?

Jeden Mittwoch findet im CK13 die Čas konverzacije na nemačkom jeziku statt. Liebevoll wird diese Konversationsrunde von uns auch Stammtisch genannt. Darunter sollte man sich nicht eine Gruppe konservativer, biertrinkender Männer vorstellen, die über die Lokalpolitik diskutiert.
